The Dominica Institute of Customer Service is pleased to announce the induction of a new Board of Directors to oversee the operations and interests of the Institute. The outgoing members of the Board completed their 1-year tenure by December 2023.
The appointment of new members of the Board will provide service-oriented individuals of diverse backgrounds, across multiple sectors of industry, the opportunity to lend their expertise and ideas to the advancement of the vision of the Institute. This will provide furtherance to its goal of developing a service nation.
To induct the new Board of Directors, an invitation for the nomination of candidates was sent out to multiple organisations in the private sector. Nominated candidates were then required to fill out the application form. Voting and induction of the new members was completed on April 17th 2024. The new Board members expressed their commitment to upholding and honouring the values of the Dominica Institute of Customer Service.

The Dominica Institute of Customer service is a membership-based NGO dedicated to advocacy and the advancement of the delivery of excellent service across the Island. Established in 2019, the Institute has served its mission through the provision of training opportunities, technical support, and general service advocacy to organisations in the private sector.
