On Wednesday, October 18, the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Social Services engaged residents of the Marigot Health District in discussions about concerns re the new hospital and other health services provided in the district.
During the Community Meeting, presentations were made by Ms Nancy Francis, CEO of the Dominica Hospitals Authority; Dr Carl Munro and Dr Taura Breedy, Specialists in Intensive Care Medicine; and Dr Nebiyu Bekele, District Medical Officer for the Marigot Health District.
The public was then given the opportunity to ask questions.
