The implementation site for this project is the Cabrits National Park, Portsmouth and the communities within its marine space.

All six trainees received a certification of successful completion and a start-up pack including specialty fillet knives, food preparation scissors, industrial apron, cutting board, fish cleaners, hair covers and a hand basin, and with this they have positioned them to utilize their newly acquired skills and supplies to develop their own business, linking fishers to new and specific markets and customers.

Ms Donna Mitchel served as lead facilitator of the training
