This historic achievement not only represents a personal milestone for Senator Hyacinth but also marks the first time in 63 years that JCI Dominica has seen one of its members ascend to this prestigious position. This represents a significant moment in JCI History, symbolizing a bright future for the organization and the communities it serves.

In a ceremony overflowing with inspiration and hope, Senator Hyacinth took the Oath of office, ushering in a new era in the history of JCI West Indies.
