Known for its rich cultural heritage, thrilling J’ouvert celebrations, and one-of-a-kind village carnival experiences, Marigot is inviting revelers, visitors, and locals alike to experience a perfect fusion of tradition and modern revelry.
The highly anticipated Paint & Powder J’ouvert Teaser kicks things off on Saturday, February 22nd, from 4 AM to 10 AM, delivering an explosion of color and energy. Featuring Sugar Fire,alongside top DJs Red Vest, King Spawn, and DJ Arputai, this event sets the tone for the biggest J’ouvert experience yet!
The excitement continues on Monday, March 3rd, with the legendary Blue Star J’ouvert, a Marigot staple for over 12 years. This ultimate street fête will feature water trucks, drink trucks, music trucks, and an electrifying lineup of performers, including Inches 4RL, Jixel, Edday, and King Dice.
Then, on Tuesday, March 4th, at 6 AM, revelers will take things up a notch with Hot & Cold Bar’s Mudd Mas 2025: Release De Mudd—the biggest and wildest mud festival yet! Featuringinternational sensations Blaq Rose Supreme, Synker Supreme, and Ebony Empress, this fourth edition promises to be an exhilarating and immersive carnival experience.
Later that day, at 2 PM, the spotlight turns to the younger generation with Aunty Cheryl’s Kiddies Parade. A true celebration of culture and tradition, this vibrant parade honors thelegacy of Ms. Cheryl Abraham and will be led by Fyah Stick Lapo Kabwit, ensuring a spectacular showcase of Dominica’s carnival heritage.
