As part of GOOD DEEDS 2019, Artists have come together to raise awareness on Child Abuse through Arts in the village of Wesley.
Social Entrepreneur and host for Good Deeds Day Dominica, Valarie Honoré related the following statement to EmoNews, “The Good Deeds Activity was chosen because she believes it is the right of every child to live in an environment free from all forms of violence and abuse.”

She further went on to state that this activity was supported by the Child Abuse Prevention Unit of Dominica. “Our children are our greatest resource we should never be silent until abuse and violence against children are eradicated totally from our society.”

This activity was supported by the Child Abuse Prevention Unit of Dominica. International Good Deeds day is to be held April 7th, 2019, in order to promote that we can all make a real difference, one good deed at a time when we perform acts of kindness. Additionally, we are encouraged to make a positive change in the world by doing a simple good act a week.
