Mr. Donalson Frederick, a prominent member of Dominica’s Kalinago community and Chief Technical Officer at the Ministry of Tourism, has represented Dominica at the 15th World Tourism Event. The prestigious International Tourism Exhibition for World Heritage Sites is taking place in Genoa, Italy, in 2024.

The event brings together tourism professionals from around the globe, offering an exhibition area dedicated to World Heritage sites. Participants are engaged in a B2B (Business-to-Business) workshop and an “Events and Experiences Area” showcasing innovative tourism ideas and experiences.

Mr. Frederick’s presence highlights Dominica’s commitment to preserving its cultural heritage and promoting sustainable tourism initiatives.
