The Fort Young Hotel and Dive Resort will this year celebrate its 30th anniversary. While the hotel has been around for longer, this modern version of the hotel has been in operation for 30 years.
As part of the celebrations to mark this milestone, the hotel will be offering 30% discounts on a variety of its services. The hotel recognized the hard work of four of its employees who have been employed for all of the 30 years.
The workers are Albert Joseph, Therese Nation, Menavia Hazel and Delma Cenac. Ms. Cenac who started as a sous chef said that she enjoys her job and finds fulfillment in the compliments from the guests. She said further that she uses criticism to enhance her product.
