Five seasoned media practitioners have been installed as honorary members of the Dominica Media and Communications Association. Parry Bellot, Curtis Matthew, Steinberg Henry, Shermaine Green-Brown and Joseph Thomas, who were all selected by after careful due diligence, will serve as part of the council of the DMCA in keeping with its constitutional mandate.

The mandate of the honorary members is to guide the executive body of this newly formed media fraternity which represents professionals in the business from the island of Dominica. The decision was taken in December. The DMCA has a membership of over eighty (80) individuals representing media outlets throughout Dominica. Emonews is an affiliate of the DMCA.
