Fisheries Ministers invited to UN Ocean Conference Side Event to be hosted by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda
Blueprints for the Future: Marine Spatial Planning, Financing, Ocean Data Driven Decision Making & Global Cooperation
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda is inviting the participation of Caribbean Ministers with responsibility for fisheries from across CRFM Member States to attend a special side event at the upcoming UN Ocean Conference to be held in France.

Entitled “Blueprints for the Future: Marine Spatial Planning, Financing, Ocean Data Driven Decision Making & Global Cooperation,” the event will occur on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:45 am at the Blue Zone, Room 2, in Nice, France.

Dr. Thomas Marc Xavier Williams, the incumbent Executive Director of the CRFM who will be assuming office soon, will deliver a Keynote Presentation at the side event.

The CRFM invites ministerial delegates from our region to make the most of this exciting opportuning to network and strengthen our collective and collaborative actions to harness the blue economy!
