Clean Tek is seeking to employ an industrious, energetic, and proactive individual to fill the post of Operations Administrator/Marketer
Main Duties include but not limited to:
• Report directly to Manager
• Coordinate and Supervise operations/projects Onsite and offsite
• Perform market research and surveys, propose marketing/advertising ideas to Manager
• Plan and coordinate approved field marketing drives/campaigns with the Team.
• Market Clean Tek’s services to corporate and domestic targets in person and on Facebook
• Accounting, Secretarial, and filing duties
• Perform HR duties when required
• Perform Payroll, VAT and Social Security duties
• Stock-taking, sourcing, purchasing and delivery of supplies
• Communicate with contract Clients and business associates/partners on behalf of Manager
Qualifications Required:
• Well organized, efficient individual, productive worker alone and with Team
• Professional Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
• Good leadership skills
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in use of Facebook
• CXC/CSEC academic passes including English and Mathematics
• Flexible team-player, willing and able to work outside regular hours/workdays when necessary
Additional qualifications would be preferred:
• Experience in using or knowledge of Accounting programs, especially QuickBooks
• Experience in Administrative/Supervisory positions
• Experience in Marketing or Sales using online platforms/social media and in person
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
