Dorothy Laurent of Petite Soufriere was crowned Madam Wob Dwiyet 2019, last night at the Old Mill Cultural Center.
Laurent also won the award for Best in Creative Creole Fashion and Best in Wob Dwiyet. The third runner up position went to Christina Charles of Grandbay while the second runner up position went to Theresa Honore of Portsmouth.
First runner up went to Angelica Gasper of Castle Bruce who also won the award for Best Talent.
