As part of its ongoing commitment to community welfare, the Rotary Club of Dominica has distributed 17 food hampers to families affected by Hurricane Beryl. These hampers aimed to alleviate immediate hardships faced by residents in Baytown, Pottersville.
“We understand the profound impact of natural disasters on our communities,” said President Luana. “Our Club is dedicated to serving those in need, and these food hampers are a testament to our commitment to supporting our neighbors during difficult times.”
The hampers included non-perishable food items, hygiene, and cleaning products to sustain families as they recover from the aftermath of the hurricane. They were assembled through the collaborative efforts of Rotary Club volunteers and local businesses, demonstrating the power of community solidarity in times of crisis.
The Club extends its gratitude to all contributors who helped to make this relief effort possible.
