
Dominican students continue to excel at colleges and universities the world over. About eight Dominican students recently graduated from Monroe College in St.Lucia.
Taisha Dupuis, who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance was top of her class with a 4.0 Grade Point Average(GPA). She said, “I feel great knowing that my hard work has paid off. It wasn’t always easy but with God and a great support system, all things are possible”.
Portsmouth Secondary School teacher, Markisha Letang, who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health said, “I am so happy to be a part of the Monroe graduating class of 2019. It feels so good to know that I now hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. I look forward to coming back to Dominica where I can be a valuable asset to my country in the field of Health.
