It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing ofMaria Matheline Titre nee Paul known as Marfo or MAM from Mero, St. Joseph, Dominica. She died in St. Thomas on July 12th, 2024.

She preceded in death by her parents, Muriel Forde and Edwin Paul, her adopted parents Jordan and Meridith Richards.

She is survived by her husband – Thomas Titre.

4 children: Frances “Queen” Charles, Francine “Sister-White” Gussie, Gregory Denis Celestine, Jammy Vaughn Titre.

11 grandchildren: Chavel Adelle Charles, Makisha Adaya Marshall, Bria Nicola Blake, Aniyah Celestine Christina Makayla Esprit, Bjorn Britto, Sahdiki Britto, Gregory Jr Celestine, Gabrielle Celestine, Meghan Dayna Esprit, Christopher Samuel Esprit

1 Great Granddaughter; Aubree Hector

Brothers: Egbert and Carlton Paul

Brothers in Law: Matthew and Phanso Graham

Sisters: Agustina Prevo, Jeanne Joseph

adopted Sisters: Coreen King, Jeanne Pierre Bowen

John Baptise Louis, Periscon, Julia Bruno, Josie Stephenson, Justine Luke.

Family & Friends including: Hannah King, McPherson John Baptiste, John Charles, Sharmaine Jones, Corren Rolle, Melva and Russel George, Lenus Scotland, Ma Lucy, Donna, Cammie, Iren Emmanuel, Patrick Mead, the Paul family in Morne Rachette and many more too numerous to mention.

The community of Mero, St. Joseph, Morne Rachette, and Roseau Market and Many other
friends, acquaintances and families both in Dominica and abroad.

Viewing is scheduled for Thursday 22nd, August between 5pm to 6:45 pm at Hurley’s Funeral
Home in St. Thomas. Funeral Service is scheduled for Friday 23rd August at the Holy Family Church in St. Thomas. Viewing will be from 10 am to 10:45 am and the Service will begin at 11 am sharp.
