We announce the Death of Elsie Agnes Julien  of 41 King George V Street, Roseau who resided in Mount Vernon, NY.

She leaves to mourn:

Her brother Bernard Julien, members of the Julien family and their extended families,  numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces  grandnephews, god children, cousins, dear friends, neighbors and other relatives both in Dominica and abroad.

The funeral mass of the late Elsie Julien will be held on Friday, January 10th at 3pm at The Roseau Cathedral Chapel.
