It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Clancy Derrmets O’brien, better known as Mouvay of Bellevue Chopin. He was a former harvester in Florida and Canada and a former construction worker. He died on Sunday 26th January at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
He leaves to mourn:
Children: Gale, Yolanda, Gerard, Chris and Karen.
Stepchildren: Kirt Bellot and Paul Simon.
1 Son-in-law: Desmond Wyllis
1 Daughter-in-law: Onica
Grandchildren: Shanice, Amika, Dalsha, Nahshon, Malachi, Elisa, Layla, Makayla and Nevaeh.
7 Step grandchildren
Sisters: Cami and Zena
3 brothers including Osolo
Sisters in law: Josian, Viella and Pamela.
Brothers in law: Matthew, Sweden, Phillip, Bernard and Nichols.
Nieces and Nephews: Tanika, Edith, Keyara, Avril, Kentish, Masano, Sabina, Shernelle, Francis, Manik, Yannick and Fabrisse, Erskin, Ricky, Shaquille, Dwayne, Neema and Terrel .
Aunties: Nathalie, Vevey
Uncle: Ruben
Cousins: Marclina, Merlin, Madelene, McKenzie, Luke, Glenice, Joan and others both here and abroad too numerous to mention.
Close family and friends including Pinky, Brian, Philbert, Kennedy, Kenneth, Stewart, Derrick, Isaiah, Sandy, Franklyn, Shook, the Raphael, Talbert, Dennis and Laville families both here and abroad. The villages of Bellevue Chopin and Pichelin.

The funeral service will take place on Friday 7th, February at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Newtown. Viewing at 2:30 pm. Service begins at 3:00 pm. Followed by Interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
