We announce the Death of Andrew Pinard, age 69 years originally from High Street, Newtown but living at Bellevue Rawle.
He will be remembered by his long term partner Theresa Mitchel, his two children Ann-Marie and Aneesha Pinard, his stepson Dwaine Laurent;
