We announce the death of Mary Abraham nee La Ronde better known as Sister or Teacher Mary, age 96 of Delices who resided at 9 Grant’s Lane, Goodwill. She died on June 3, 2025 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.

She leaves to mourn :

4 Children: Francis and Roy Abraham, Gweneth Dailey and Ruby Xavier

1 Godson and nephew: Austin La Ronde

3 brothers: John, Pius and Joseph La Ronde

14 Grand children: Kareem, Jennis, Brian, Samantha, Jason, Chelsea, Rubilia, Chavez, Kyleigh, Dinelle, Rhea, Wesley, Alexander and Elijah

1 Great Grandchild: Malia Durand

2 Sons in law: Steven Dailey and Rev. Jeffrey Xavier

1 Daughter in law: Elizabeth Felix-Abraham

4 Sisters in law: Alexandrina, Andrina, Bertile and Sybil LaRonde

2 Grandsons in law: Anwah Pascal and Kyle Paul

Nieces and Nephews including Lucille, Celia, Matilda, Janettine, Neville, Charles, Peter, James, Jefferson, Matthew and many others

The funeral of the late Mary Abraham will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Delices Pentecostal Church, the viewing will be at 1:30 pm and the service will commence at 2 pm. The interment will be at the Delices Public Cemetery.
