We announce the death of our Dad 76 year old Phillip Francis affectionately known as Oscar Francis, T-Jew, and Carib of Fond St. Jean who resided at Kings Hill. He died on Friday 1st July 2022. He was a former employee of ETB and DEXIA.
He is survived by his 6 children:

The funeral will be held at the Fatima Church in Newtown on Monday 18th July 2022. Viewing is at 2:30pm; service begins at 3pm followed by internment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
Transportation will be provided by Danny DARROUX on bus registration number HF115, and will depart Fond St Jean at 2 pm
