We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of 66 year old Marcel Bedminster better know as “ lilo, Sharpie, Shabrokes from Calibishie who resided at Portsmouth

He died on the 2nd of January 2025, at the Portsmouth Hospital.

He left to mourn:

Children: Marcia Joseph, Gershom, Kendon and Kevin Bedminister.

Adopted Children: Hilroy and Dianna Thomas.

God Child: Colaire Jermain Joseph

Four brothers: Rudette Banis in Florida, Vanty & Griffin Bedminister, and Stand Bedminister in Guadeloupe.

Four sisters: Everlyn Bedminister in Guadeloupe, Sheila Bedminister Bruno, Vanya Walker and Rosette Bedminister Gayle.

One Uncle: Steven Henry in Antigua.

One Aunty: Emerlie Henry in Antigua.

Nieces: Katia, Kaysha, Lisa-ann, kellisia, Tyranny, Tasha including Cristel who he had a special bond with.

Nephews: Olivia, Kervin, Randy, Dale, Markim, Nicky, Kellet, Wayne, Ron, Ryan, Richardson, Colaire, Standford

Two Brothers in law: Martin Bruno & Dwayne Gayle in Antigua

One sister-in-law: Antonette Badminister.

Cousins including:Tuffie Matthew & Bernabie Baron in Grandbay, Sarah George, Milyn Abel in Florida & family, Mary Warrington and family, Brenette Holsbrough and Derrick.

Other relatives including: the cyrill family in Calibishie, the Bedminister family in Calibishie, The Bougouneau family, Venicia Royer & family, Avanel & Family, Oxlie George and the Livere Dou Family.

Close friends: Lester Daniel, Alvest, Judith, Jane in Antigua,Titus, Mona, Wholay, Diann, Oilish, Hope Hope, Alduf, Ruben, Jackafune and members of the lab.

Present and past staff of Dowasco, the community of Calibishie, Lagoon and Portsmouth names too numerous to mention.

The funeral Service will be held on the 8th of February in Wesley at the Romain Catholic Church. Viewing will commence at 1:30pm and mass will begin at 2:00pm followed by interment at the Wesley Catholic Cemetery.
