Justin Elliot, known as Cool Blaze, echoes Devin’s sentiments, emphasizing the significance of cultural integration and economic development through events like Viva La Carnival. As a DJ and integral part of the Viva team, Elliot recognizes Dominica’s potential as a hub for creativity and entrepreneurship. “Dominica is becoming a place where people can build and grow, regardless of their background,” Elliot explains, highlighting the opportunities for both locals and migrants to contribute to the island’s prosperity. “Supporting the local culture and economy creates opportunities for both residents and visitors alike.”
