Dominica joined the rest of the World on Sunday in celebrating International World Aids Day.
Coordinator of the National HIV and AIDS Response Program (NHARP), Lester Guye said that Dominica has seen a reduction in the incidence of HIV/AIDS. He said that they have seen success in persons coming in to get tested.
Guye said that his unit will be looking at tackling the disease at the community level. International World Aids Day was celebrated under the theme, ‘Communities Make The Difference’.
