Miss Dominica Carnival Queen contestant Chrisline Tavenier was launched on December 16th, 2018. She is now officially Miss Big Edge and Ezee Barrel. The Parliamentary Representative Justina Charles, Ed Registe, Marva Williams of Dominica Festival Commission, Billy Doctrove and others addressed the launch.
The launch started with a grand motorcade from Bellevue Chopin to Grandbay and ended with lapo kabwit by Sakis. There were also performances by the Signal band, and cultural groups.
