Carlyn XP (The Bouyon Queen) released her latest single titled Go Down (Mr. DJ) beautifully complimented by a music video directed by herself. The groovy Bouyon/Soca song speaks to party goers, it creates a happy fun filled 3 minutes allowing the listeners to forget all stress at the moment. The song was composed my Carlyn Xavier-Phillip, Produced by Cornell Phillip and co-produced by Dernel Green. The video was directed by Carlyn XP herself, filmed and edited by Cornell Phillip.

It’s close to 2 years since Carlyn XP started a virtual Sunday event (Musical Therapy with Carlyn XP) on her social media pages which created an avenue for viewers to release their stress from the dreaded Covid-19 Pandemic. This new song simply builds on the momentum of her musical therapy.

The Bouyon Queen has also created many signature virtual events the likes of The Bouyon Jazz Festival, Calypso in De Yard, Hallelujah “The Praise Concert”, Bouyon Splash, CarlynVal and not forgetting An XPlicious Christmas Special with vol. two being held on the 26th of this month. There is a lot to look forward to from Carlyn XP as she intends to make all these yearly events.
