Saint Lucia Takes its Rich Music Scene to the International Launch of Lucian Carnival

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority in Collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture & Information, The Carnival Planning Management Committee (CPMC) and Saint Lucia’s Consulate to Miami, is thrilled to announce the International Launch of Lucian Carnival 2025, scheduled for October 11, 2024, in Miami. This vibrant celebration of culture, music, and community will serve as a prelude to one of Saint Lucia’s most anticipated annual events, showcasing Her rich cultural heritage and dynamic carnival spirit to tourism trade partners, the diaspora and media.

Miami, a bustling hub of culture and connectivity, is the ideal backdrop for this launch. With daily American Airlines flights to Saint Lucia, this city serves as a gateway for U.S. travelers eager to experience the excitement of Lucian Carnival. The partnership with Miami Broward Carnival, initiated in 2022, has led to significant growth in the U.S. market, solidifying Miami’s role as a key player in promoting this leading Caribbean event. This year, we are poised to enhance that momentum, inviting more visitors to immerse themselves in the vibrant rhythms of Saint Lucia.

The spotlight will be on Saint Lucia’s rich music scene featuring a dynamic mix of Dennery Segment and Soca Artists including Shemmy J, Imran Nerdy, Sedale, Umpa, Subance, Ezra D’ Fun Machine and Arthur Allain.
