“No Sign-Up or Renewal Fees for eZone Services”
At DFS we understand the importance of cost-effective shipping solutions for our customers. Effective August 1, 2024, we removed the sign-up and renewal fees for our popular eZone services. This change underscores our commitment to making high-quality, efficient shipping accessible to everyone in Dominica, from business owners and online shoppers to individuals sending packages to loved ones back home.
“Transition to 100% Air Freight for Faster, More Reliable Deliveries”
Starting October 1, 2024, DFS will transition to 100% air freight for all packages. This shift reflects our dedication to improving service quality, ensuring faster delivery times, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
For customers who still prefer ocean freight, DFS continues to offer reliable ocean shipping options through our partnership with King Ocean Services, ensuring flexibility to meet all shipping needs. Cargo for ocean freight should be sent directly to King Ocean Services South Florida address and not to eZone.
