We announce the death of Alfred Cecil Leevy
Age 83 of St. Aroment
He died on Wednesday, 15th November at the DCFH
Left to mourn:
Wife: Dorothy
5 children: Mcpherson, Kim, Joffrey, Tara and Palesa
4 grandchildren: Katie, Maria, Kylonna and Jaden
1 sister, Rose
1 brother: Boyd
Daughter-in-law: Caryl
Sisters-in-law: Veronne, Anita, Eileen, Marilyn, June
Several nieces and nephews, including: Weeferly, Wynant, Wilbur, Wendel, Weefers, Joseph, Michael, Debra
Numerous cousins, including: Vivian , Victoria , Merle, Dawn, Dora, Allison, Ferney, and other members of the Dominique, Firmin, Delsol, Andrew, Vital, and Lewis families
God-children: Cody, Cherian, Joan, Crispin
The Family remains grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many persons during his illness, and after his death. Special Thank you to Janice, Celia, Michael, and all the other members of the Eugene Family, to the St. Aroment Community, especially Paul and Julie Frampton, Alix Sorhaindo and family, Celia and Horsford Nicholas, Pat and Nineke Pierre; Mirium Blanchard; Members of the Dominica Gideon Camp; the Pastors and Members of the Christian Union church and Primary school, and the Gospel Mission church; Mc Donald Thomas; Mrs. Nathalie Murphy and the other members of the Dominica Association of Persons with Disabilities; The St. Alphonsus Church Community, Janice Jean-Jacques Thomas.
The body of the late Alfred Cecil Leevy will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 1:30pm on Saturday, 9th December 2023 at the Goodwill Christian Union Church. Funeral service begins at 2pm followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
