Roseau, DOMINICA- The Private Sector Foundation for Health (PSFH) is hosting its upcoming Gala & Auction on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Fort Young Hotel. This special event will raise funds to bolster the PSFH in its mission to assist in purchasing medical equipment and supplies for all National Hospitals and Health Centers and provide financial aid to qualifying persons for medical assistance locally or overseas.
“With your support, the Private Sector Foundation for Health will be able to continue funding the necessary and extraordinary support to the Dominican people most in need,” said Cecilia St.

The Private Sector Foundation for Health (PSFH) is a Registered not-for-profit corporation incorporated under the Companies Act No. 21 of 1994. In 2005, the not-for-profit corporation officially began operations, and since then has assisted approximately ninety-five (95) patients in obtaining medical care they could otherwise not afford. Over $800,000 has been spent providing support to the community. In addition, several substantive donations were made to institutions such as the Princess Margaret Hospital, Marigot Hospital, and other needy institutions.
At this year’s Gala & Auction event, guests will enjoy a delicious meal while bidding on exciting auction items donated by generous private sector sponsors, shopping gift certificates, jewelry items, dinner, and hotel packages! With every donation made during this event, all proceeds are used solely to provide life-saving assistance throughout Dominica’s health system!
