We announce the death of: Anthony Bastien better known as “Atieyee” (A- Tie- Ye)
Age: 81 of Mortine, Grandbay
He died peacefully at his residence on Monday 27th September.
He was a member of the St. Vincent De Paul Society of the Tete Morne Catholic Church
He is survived by his wife: Francisa Bastien
7 Children: Francillia In St. Thomas, Steven, Alleyne, Roger aka (Alcan) Janet and Roy in London and Jerry in Dca
11 Grandchildren: Sherellle, Linden, Andre, Tashan, Rochelle, Rashaun, Theo, Rayai in London, Ashton and Nadisha in the USVI and Wayne in USA
13 Great Grandchildren: Jayden, Kayden, JoJo, Troy, Jordon, Nevaeh, Jaycia, Jasmin, Elijah, Logan, Savannah, Kashye, Skyla
1 Brother: John 4 Sisters: Maria and Augustine in Dca, Theresa in London and Christine in the USA
4 sisters in law: Aliena and Magdalina in Dca, Seraphine and Cresent in Guadeloupe
Brothers in law: Joseph, Phillip, Antoine aka sonny and Jonas aka Ocoboy

The body of the late Anthony Bastien better known as “Atieyee” (A- Tie- Ye) will be transported for viewing at 9:30am at the Grand Bay Sacred Space on Monday, 8th November 2021. Funeral Mass begins at 10:00am followed by interment at the Grandbay Catholic Cemetery.
