The OECS Commission in collaboration with USAID is currently holding a series of workshops around the region concerning the Child Justice Bill.

On 29th January 2024, the workshop in Dominica was held at the Parish Hall in Goodwill where several stakeholders were in attendance including the Minister of State in the Ministry of health, Honorable Cassandra Williams.

The aim of the workshops are to garner support and submissions on the child justice bill which is to be passed in Dominica. 

At the close of the workshops the OECS commissions intends for it to be culminated into a forum to address and highlight the issues and submissions of each workshop held throughout the region.

This workshop is all in an effort to pass a unified child justice bill across the region.
