Miss OECS 2019 is Miss St. Lucia, Earlyca Frederick. Frederick won the title last night at the forecourt of the Windsor Park Stadium. She also captured the award for Best Creative National Costume, Best in National Costume and Miss Photogenic.

First Runner Up went to Miss Grenada, Odessa Merryman who also had the Best Performing Talent. Miss Dominica, Marisol John, took the Second Runner Up position as well as Best Evening Wear, Best in Evening Wear and Best Response to Question.

Best Swimwear and Best in Swimwear went to Miss St. Kitts & Nevis, Saskia Evans, who also won the award for Best Promotional Video, while Miss Amity went to Miss Antigua, Mikelle Joseph.
