Residents of Roseau go to the polls today, Monday 18, November 2019, to elect members to serve on the city council.

There has been renewed interest in the city council elections. This can be seen by the record number of candidates as well as their presence on social media to inform the public of their campaign.

A few new candidates along with former councilors will contest the elections including Bouyon artist Wayne Benjamin and radio personality Kimara Hurtault.
