Subject: Administrative Supervision of Dominica Cooperative Societies Limited
This announcement serves to inform the members of the Dominica Cooperative Societies Limited (League), its creditors, and the general public that the Registrar for Cooperatives, acting in accordance with the powers vested under the Cooperative Societies Act of Dominica, has issued an order placing the League under Administrative Supervision effective October 1, 2025.
This measure has been taken to ensure the stability of the League and to facilitate a review of its operations.
The Board of Directors has been suspended. Ms. Annel Lewis has been appointed as the Administrator and will assume full control of the Society’s daily operations and management.
All correspondence and inquiries regarding the Society’s affairs should be directed to the Administrator.
