The Honourable Prime Minister of Dominica spoke about a new Medical Professional Bill which will go before Parliament in September.
While discussing the reasons for the Bill, the Prime Minister said that among other things the Bill will introduce different ways of solving matters and introduce a new structure at the hospital.
He said, “With this new structure, our hope is the CT scan should not be down for so long, for example. That we have to find a quicker means of setting up these things and addressing the dysfunctional nature of small…these equipment that are so badly needed in the proper delivery of healthcare services”.
The Prime Minister made the announcement on his talk show, “Anou Parlay”.
