Hybrid Annual General Meeting
For the first time, the National Bank of Dominica Ltd.โs 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a hybrid (combined in-person and virtual) meeting.
You, the shareholders, made hosting a hybrid annual general meeting possible by approving the amendment to Section 14 of the Companyโs bylaws at the 17th AGM held on March 26th, 2020.
The electronic meeting format will enable shareholders to participate in the AGM, ask questions, and vote on resolutions via a live webcast without being physically present.
Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM electronically will be required to pre-register on or by Wednesday, 12th June 2024, via the link, which will also be emailed to Shareholders on record who have provided their email addresses. Additionally, it can be found on our National Bank of Dominica Ltd. Facebook Page (refer to the link below) or the Bankโs website (www.nbdominica.com) under the โShareholder Centerโ webpage.
Shareholders will be subject to due diligence requirements.
Shareholders attending the AGM in person are encouraged to arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration and other pre-meeting matters.
