The positions that have been newly appointed are Director of Human Resources, Director of Engineering, Food & Beverage Manager and Marketing Manager. Monish Duggal – Director of Human Resources: A proactive, focused and committed professional, Monish Duggal has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Commercially astute, with the ability to identify business opportunities and implement effective tools to raise corporate profile and consolidate growth, Duggal has held roles with Velero Hotel, a Vignette Collection and Millennium Group of Hotels & Resorts in Doha, as well as Warwick International Hotels & Resorts in the Fiji Islands, Hyatt International, and Taj Hotels in India. A champion in converting personality-driven organizations into process-driven organizations, Duggal is well-versed in market scenarios and well-connected with the best available industry talent. Jeffrey OtienoAhuya – Director of Engineering: With over 15 years of distinguished leadership in engineering operations across the global hospitality industry, Jeffrey Otieno Ahuya has a proven track record of optimizing maintenance systems, spearheading sustainability initiatives, and ensuring seamless operational excellence in luxury hotels and resorts around the world. His career spans prestigious brands such as Hyatt, Kempinski, Fairmont, and Marriott, where he has successfully led pre-opening teams, managed multi-property engineering operations, and implemented cutting-edge MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems. His achievements include driving Earth Check certifications, reducing energy costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction through innovative engineering solutions. Vivek Dalal – Food & Beverage Manager: A dynamic and globally experienced Food & Beverage professional with a career spanning over 16 years, Vivek Dalal has worked across diverse cultures and prestigious hospitality brands such as Oberoi Group, Starwood luxury collection brand, and Taj Group. Having lived and worked in India, the UAE, Botswana, Zambia, Saudi Arabia, and the Caribbean, Dalal has been part of luxury hospitality environments where he has refined his approach to operational control, service innovation, and team empowerment.
