Speaking at the One Day Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Symposium held on Monday, Dr. Valda Henry of VF Inc said, “I don’t know about you but something has to give in Dominica- that economy needs more than a jolt; that economy needs some vibrancy; that economy needs some innovation and creativity so that each one of us can be our best self right here in Dominica.”

Dr. Henry called on participants to make the symposium a call for action and ensure that it bears fruit.

The TVET one day symposium was held under the topic, ‘Enhancing Skills Development and Increasing Economic Competitiveness’.
