The Falcons topped the Blazers 74-73 to claim back-to-back knockout Cup Championship.
Falcons 1 clinched back-to-back Knockout Cup championships Saturday April 13th 2024, defeating Blazers 1 74-73 at the Massacre Indoor Sports Complex, Massacre Dominica.
2023 League MVP Kijuan Thomas led the way for Falcons 1 with 26 points, while Yawani Regis added 16 points. After a back-and-forth in the final minutes of the game Falcons was able to hold on to a one-point lead.
Blazers’ Thomas Felix had 24 points and new recruit Kerbin Nantan added 13 points.
The DABA National Basketball League is set to Tip of this Wednesday April 17th 2024 at 7pm at the Massacre Indoor Sports Complex. Games will be played on Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and 9pm.
