According to the Dominica Football Association, Dominica’s U17 football team will depart the island on Sunday August 28, 2022 to participate in the Concacaf U17 boys qualifiers. The qualifiers is scheduled to be held at the Dominican Republic from August 30 to September 7, 2022.
Pointedly, the U17 boys will compete against the home team, Dominican Republic on August 30, 2022 at 7:00pm. On September 1st and 3rd 2022, the team will take on St. Kitts and Nevis and the Cayman Islands, respectively. Both games are carded to be held at 4:00pm.
Notably, the players include Jahiem Forde, Noah Joseph, Jaylan Jno Ville, Deandre Lawrence, Dale Xavier, Jeriah Lewis, Malachi Labad, Dhamario Challenger, Fabio Drigo, Matteo Riviere, Deron Azille, Jaheem Cuffy, Rasheed Wallace, Ephraim Joseph, Phillip Matthew, Malachai Bonney, Deandre Francis, Luke Itodo, Elvon John and Ajani Richards.
The team will be accompanied by Stanton Seraphin (Head coach), Lennox Walsh (Assistant coach), David Williams (Goalkeeper coach), John Joseph (Team manager), Joel Hamilton (Fitness trainer) and Phael Lander RN (Team medic).
