VFour U18 basketball players namely, Troy Brookes, Shamar Felicite, Jayquan Hamilton and Kimel Dodds took part in the FIBA Antilles IBF 3X3 Hoops tournament at Hall Paul Chonchon over the weekend.

While the players played on mixed teams, Kimmel Dodds’ team made it to the finals.

Dodds said that he learned alot from the tournament in Guadeloupe and he encourages students to take part in sporting activities.The young men said that the tournament was a good experience and very competitive with players from around the region.

They are thankful for the Dominica Amateur Basketball Association (DABA) and Ms.Raymer Francis in particular for the opportunity to take part in the tournament.
