The Division of Tourism and Hospitality Studies of the Dominica State College (DSC) has been at the forefront of advancing education and training in the tourism industry. Since its inception in 2004, the Division has made great strides to promote quality education and training for individuals seeking careers in this dynamic industry.
“We strive to provide a cadre of educated and trained individuals ready for the dynamic tourism industry through quality Associate degrees in Tourism and Hospitality Studies and training in various fields. The Division ensures its graduates have a competitive edge when they enter their respective employment,” said Katie Julien, Director of the Division of Tourism & Hospitality Studies at Dominica State College. “Our staff is committed to helping students reach their full potential through training and our specialized curriculum, combining theory with hands-on learning experiences. We also offer a variety of extracurricular activities such as field trips, seminars, conferences, workshops, etc., which further enhance learners’ knowledge on topics related to hospitality management.”
