We announce the death of DORA DANIEL, later Married and known as Mrs St Claire.
Dora was 95 years of age on 26th March 2021 and sadly passed away on 19th August 2021.
Dora parents was Fifine and Weymouth Daniel and she was the last of 16 siblings.
Dora had 2 children a daughter named Zando who was known for amazing seamstress work in Portsmouth before she immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1964 and a son called Brother-New who immigrated to the United States in 1969.
Ms Dora Daniel had 3 Grandchildren by her daughter Zando:
Dee-Dee who had a son called Anthony who Blessed Dora with 4 Great Grandchildren & 1 Great Great-Grand-daughter.
Jenevieve who had had 3 children and one of them blessed Dora with 2 Great Grandchildren.
Anita the last of Zando 3 Children Blessed Dora with 3 Great Grandchildren.
Dora had 7 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grand-child, Dora had a legacy of 5 generations.
Dora left behind close family members nieces and nephews that reside in Dominica, United Kingdom and the United States, a large family of 16 brothers and sisters here and abroad are too numerous to mention.
Dora immigrated to United Kingdom in 1961 and was known for her travelling to a variety of Countries including Jamaica twice, France & Italy and she inherited a name of HOT-FOOT by her siblings because of her love for travelling abroad.
The funeral of Dora Daniel will be taking place @ St Joseph Catholic Church Portsmouth on Wednesday 10th November 2021 @ 3pm.
