It is with profound sadness we announce the death of 83-year-old Elie Martin Valerie better known as Mart of Penville. He died on Saturday 1st August at his residence.
He left to mourn his wife, Mary Valerie.
8 children: Allan, Sylvester, Camel, Brother Valerie, Joseph Powell, Louise Maloone, Moureen Laville and Roselyn Valerie.
12 grandchildren: Alvin, Annie, Marsha, Marshall, Royena, Johnsia, Joannia, Annisa, Charmaine, Craig, Cameron, and Jemima.
5 great grandchildren: Nia, Jaylon, Elise, Gabrielle, and Jerzel.
2 brothers: Ferdinand and Edrick Valerie
4 daughters in law: Wendy Valerie, Elma Victor, Constance Seaman, and Virgin Powell
2 sons in law: Johnson Laville and Delvin Maloone
Sisters in law: Martha, Felixia, and Bernadine.
Other in laws: Jenner Boston, Garth Esprit, Afina Valerie, and Lisa Valmond.
Nieces and nephews too numerous too mention including: Alicia, Pastora, Avril, Norla, Erita, Rosilia, Veronica and Petra. Avence, Trevor, Avandale, Philsbert, Randy and Aaron.
8 Godchildren including: Florence, Laura, Luvisca, and Nurse Helen Dubois.
Close relatives including: Nicholas, Rawl and Mike Valerie, Monica Roberts, Alphanso Roberts, Alex, Gretta, and Ambrose Birmingham, and the rest of the Valerie, Douglas, and Desbonnes families.

The viewing of the late Elie Martin Valerie better known as Mart of Penville will be on Saturday 8th of August at 2 pm followed by funeral service at 3pm and interment at the Vielle Case Roman Catholic Cemetery.
