It is with profound sadness that, we announce the death of 82 years old, Mr. Lyn George, better known as Mr. Brother, of Vieille Case. He died on July 29th, 2025.
He leaves to mourn:
His children: Jeff, Alick, Alice, Alleyne, Annique and Angus
Grand Children: Danella, Alick, Jhanique, Kimian, Accalia, Shahdae, Kaylan, Kinnel, Antonela, Amina and Jessie
Great-Grand daughter: Dijauné
Siblings: Lenox and Claudia
Brother-in-Law: Maurice
Daughter-in-law: Dr. Sharine
Several nieces and nephews including: Mozart, Steven, Angus, Cleve, Gerald, Jaad, Ian, Nilan, Margaret, Anora, Junella, Manuella, Judith, Christine, Veronica, Melanie, Janella, and Janice.
Special Family: Brian, Diane, Sherita, Miguel “Buju”
Several relatives and friends including: Ma Marie, Magdalene Massicott, Magdalene Le Blanc, Hyram, Staff of the Dominica Infirmary including Melissa, Bernice, and Royer and the communities of Vieille Case and Penville.
Funeral service for the late Lyn “Brother” George will take place on Saturday August 16, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Vieille Case Catholic Church, with viewing at 1:30 pm. Internment will take place at the Vieille Case Catholic Cemetery.
Bus HH138 will be in front of the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Pottersville and will depart at 11:30am.
