We announce the death of Philip Harold Desbonne better known as Hars and D8; age 81 of Guilette who resided in Lagoon Portsmouth. He died on July 3rd at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital. He was a member of NEFA. He is survived by:

- His children; Charmine in the USA, Devin in England, Hedda in BVI, Deverline & Petroline in Dominica.
- Adopted son Casmore
- Grand children: Ishmael, Anthony, Devicia, Dermar, Persha, Tristan, Kimani, Babara, Bernstine, Aritha, Phillip, Avin, Delvin, Alice, Dernel, Kyron, Shana, Cleve, Clyde, Clevia and Ishma.

The funeral of the late Philip Harold Desbonne, Aka Hars and D8; will take place on Friday 13th August, at the Portsmouth Catholic Church at 2pm. viewing at 1:30 pm. Interment at the Portsmouth Catholic Church cemetery.
