It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of 66 year old David Laudat better known as ‘Black D’ or ‘Marcosa’ or ‘Soldier Boy’ of Salisbury who resided at Campbell. He died on the 31st day of July 2025 at his residence.
He will be remembered by his
Children: Bernice, Taletha, Olivia, Vignet, Zanu, Denzel and Adel
Grandchildren: Narhil, Arion, Jalil, Cedella, Jurnee, Zendaya, Janeal, Zavian, Narvin and Kavon
Daughter-in-law: Melanie
Sisters: Elie, Olive, Vera and Veronica
Aunties: Telma and Syette
Numerous Nieces and Nephews
Several other relatives and friends both here and aboard including the communities of Salisbury, Coulibistrie, Mero, St. Joseph, Mahaut and Campbell names are too numerous too mention. The body of the late David Laudat better known as ‘Black D’ or ‘Marcosa’ or ‘Soldier Boy’ of Salisbury who resided at Campbell will be viewed at 2:30pm on Tuesday 12th August 2025 at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Salisbury, followed by the funeral mass at 3:00pm and interment at the Salisbury Roman Catholic Cemetery.
