We announce the death of 53-year-old Alphonso Edwin Thomas of Zicack, Portsmouth better known as “Fanso”. He died on September 21, 2021, at the Reginald Fitzroy Armour Hospital.
He is survived by:
Sisters: Glenda Thomas and Sylma Tavernier
Brothers: Alickson, Alick, Horatio and Samuel Thomas
Aunts: Everlyn Jones in Barbados and Marilyn Magloire in St. Croix
Uncles: Georffe Magloire
Nieces: Reggina, Jessica, Diana, Jacintha, Vernel, Alixia, Vernice, Samilia, Nelva and Keisha Thomas and Glenise and Marlyne Tavernier
Nephews: Alickson Jr, Kervin, Hilroy, Glennard, Samuel Jr, and Samilius Thomas, Lyndelle Augustine and Ernard, Fitz, Steadman and Ronald Tavernier

The funeral service of the late Alphonso “Fanso” Thomas will be held on Wednesday October 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Church followed by interment at the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Cemetery.
