The Commonwealth of Dominica Commonwealth Scholars Alumni Association (CDCSAA) extends its deepest condolences to the British Monarchy and the rest of Commonwealth of Nations, on the loss of the beloved Queen Elizabeth II on September 8th, 2022.

Her life was one of admiration across the globe and the impact of her personality and commitment to the Commonwealth League of Nations has been greatly appreciated. The CDCSAA, as a group of professionals directly impacted by the continued support given to human resource development in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) like Dominica, through the Commonwealth Scholarship scheme, we welcome this opportunity to express our gratitude by extending our sympathy to the Royal Family. We say thank you to the deceased Queen and extend best wishes to King Charles III.
