The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force has received over 75 thousand dollars worth of crime scene investigation equipment from the Regional Security System(RSS) under a program funded by the European Union.

Police Chief Daniel Carbon expressed gratitude for the donation and said that it will greatly benefit the force.

He said, “I am very happy to be receiving these equipment on behalf of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force. Let me assure you that these equipment will assist the CDPF very well in its crime detection efforts”.

Carbon called on those who will be using the equipment, especially the Crime Investigation Department (CID) to maintain and take care of them.
